1. We want to sell our products through The Outsource Sales Group. How do we start?

First, we will initiate a feasibility study to determine if potential exists for your products in certain markets. This study will address what competition exists, product demand, traditional sales channels, product differentiation and barriers to entry in order to present a realistic assessment of your potential success.

2. The feasibility study shows that market potential does exist. What’s next?

Second, we will work with your company to develop a proposal. This will be essentially our road map to follow to achieve your desired goals. It will include the sales strategy that defines the sales channel and develops the tools necessary to begin recruiting your sales force. It will also include a pricing structure for our services.

Once this second step has been completed we will begin to recruit and train your sales force after we have agreed to terms and signed a contract.

3. How long does this take?

Typically, the initial assessment and proposal stage takes two weeks to complete. We usually can begin sales force recruitment in the first month and have your first sales agents calling potential customers within 15-30 days. Most clients can expect to begin achieving sales revenues within two to three months of program initiation.

4. What will this cost us?

Our sales execution service is a monthly fee and performance based, depending on the size of the sales force required, sales cycle, product/brand awareness, and other systemic factors. Our services are customized for each client. Therefore, the total cost will vary dependent upon the actual services required and the size of your sales force. 5. When are fees due?

All monthly feeds are due the first day of every month and can be pro-rated if we begin a client engagement in the middle of the month.
